Cluster mailboxes, unit boxes for apartments, condos and
commercial buildings
 There are numerous types for an apartment mailboxes to choose from. There
are vertical, horizontal post and wall mounted cluster unit boxes. Generally they are
available in aluminum or brass. They can be front loading or rear loading,
depending on the set up you have in your building.
Depending on how many units you have, will determine what type and the
dimensions of the whole system. They can be found with just an upper
section, maybe 5 to 7 boxes high, you can find them with an upper and lower
section covering greater area, but a little more difficult to access the
bottom ones.

You will want to ensure that the commercial mailbox that you
choose follows the guidelines of your public postal service.
Some of
them will include 2 keys for each box as well. It is worth checking a
few before you buy. Some can be recessed into a rough opening in the
wall as well, which sets it out of the way, but is not always convenient to
manage. You will first need to determine the amount of boxes you will
require and how large you want them to be and then you will have a better
idea of how much space you will need to have.
